Good for 10 seconds

- It is the rest interval in Tabata training: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest.
- A common hold for a single stretch or a balance drill.

Questions people ask
Will the 10 seconds timer still go off if I switch tabs?
Yes. The end time is fixed when you press Start, so the countdown stays correct in a background tab and the alarm sounds on time as long as the tab stays open. If you turn on “Notify me”, you also get a notification.
What happens if I close the page or my computer sleeps?
The end time is saved on this device. Reopen the page and the timer shows the correct time left, or tells you how long ago it finished. A closed tab or a sleeping device cannot play the alarm.
Can I change it from 10 seconds?
Yes. Use the + and − steppers or type a new time, press + or − on a keyboard to add or remove a minute, or open the main timer to save your own presets.
